If you have purchased a purifier from an authorized Airpura distributor, please contact that distributor directly to learn more about the refund policy and procedure. All refunds must go through that distributor.
ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECTLY WITH AIRPURA

Airpura will refund a customer within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be undamaged, clean and a saleable condition with all original packaging (box & protective foam pieces) and manuals. Products must not have been used during renovations, to filter chemical gases or to filter second hand smoke. Returns that do not satisfy these conditions will be refused and returned to the sender.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for you own shipping costs for returning you item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is advisable to insure your package prior to shipping as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Restocking fees of 25% will apply to regularly priced merchandise. All items will be subject to an inspection.
Items bought on sale have a 40% restocking fee.
Replacement filters, UV lights and pre-filters are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, please send an email to sales@airpura.com indicating your name, serial number and reason for return. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and it must be clearly indicated on packaging.
